Terms, Disclosures and Refund Policy

These terms apply to services provided by Motor Admin Services Ltd trading as
Tax My Vehicle Now (TMVN) ("TMVN", "we", "us", "our").

TMVN is a third-party administrative service. We are not the DVLA and are
not affiliated with or endorsed by the DVLA.

1. What we do

TMVN provides an administrative arrangement service to help customers complete vehicle-related
transactions, including:

  • Vehicle tax applications
  • V62 logbook applications
  • Combined tax + V62 applications

We prepare and submit application data on your behalf using information you provide and your
explicit authorisation.

2. Our relationship to DVLA

TMVN is an independent third-party service provider. We are not part of the DVLA.
DVLA decisions, processing outcomes and statutory charges remain under DVLA control.

We cannot guarantee DVLA acceptance times, decisions, processing speeds, postal delivery times,
or outcomes outside our control.

3. Your authority and consent

By placing an order and confirming payment, you:

  • Authorise TMVN to act on your behalf for the selected service(s)
  • Confirm information provided is accurate and complete
  • Confirm you have the right to make the request for the vehicle/person concerned
  • Agree we may submit your details to relevant third parties needed to perform the service

4. Fees, pricing and payment

Prices shown at checkout include applicable components for the selected service, which may include:
statutory charges, service/arrangement fees and VAT where applicable.

You will see the total payable before payment. By paying, you agree to that total for the selected service.

For V62 service pricing, where stated, this may include a DVLA element and a TMVN administrative element.

5. Non-refundable policy (important)

Once your application has been submitted/processed, the service is non-refundable.

This is because submission/processing of tax and/or logbook requests is an irreversible administrative action
that cannot be undone by TMVN once actioned.

By ticking the consent box and completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable position
after submission/processing has started.

If you contact us before submission/processing begins, we may review cancellation/refund requests at our discretion.
Any approved refund may exclude costs already incurred.

6. Cancellation rights

Where consumer cancellation rights apply, you expressly request immediate service performance.
You acknowledge that once performance has begun and/or the application is submitted, cancellation rights
will be reduced or lost, and the service will be non-refundable.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide true, accurate and up-to-date details
  • Check vehicle, keeper and contact details before payment
  • Ensure you are authorised to request the selected service
  • Respond promptly if additional information is requested

TMVN is not responsible for delays, rejection or costs caused by incorrect/incomplete data supplied by you.

8. Data and privacy

We process personal data to deliver the service, take payment, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
We share data only where necessary with payment providers, technical service providers, and relevant authorities/partners.

9. Liability and limits

TMVN is responsible for providing services with reasonable care and skill.
We are not liable for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including authority-side decisions,
service outages, postal/courier delays, or customer-supplied errors.

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Complaints and contact

If you have a complaint, contact us and include your vehicle registration.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 business days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law applies otherwise.
Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version and effective date will always appear on this page.
